WP6: Dissemination principles

  • The BOOST project aims to commit to the maximum spread of the results and outputs. The clear and straightforward WP 6 on dissemination will ensure its tasks are fully achieved thanks to the WP logical development, sufficient number and timing of dissemination events, ensuring the stakeholders and target audiences stay well-informed and regularly updated.
  • Dissemination continues even after the official end of the project.
  • The Erasmus+ logo, project logo, logos of the partners should be recognizable and available on the project website or webpage. It allows stakeholders (teachers, students, authorities, civil society representatives) to find the detailed project information and necessary contacts easily and quickly.

WP6: Dissemination principles

  • In the annual reports of HEI heads on international activities, it is mandatory to provide information about the project and its impact on the development of the HEI.
  • It is important that information about the project and its results on the HEIs’ websites is kept even after its completion, indicating the relevant results achieved and the specific impact at the institutional and other levels, as well as links to the results.

WP6: Dissemination principles

  • More effective dissemination is ensured by the establishment of the cooperation with local authorities, united territorial communities, youth groups, and other stakeholders and beneficiaries of the project.
  • It is important to establish a cross-project cooperation with ongoing and completed projects, other programmes, especially in their own HEI and on similar topics in order to synergise and avoid duplication of efforts and materials and to optimise the use of resources.
