AGS Shadowing Workshop
Interested in learning about the behind-the-scenes work of the AGS Executive Board? Join us to learn what each leadership role does and how our chapter operates. We will cover the responsibilities of positions such as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Points Secretary, Recording Secretary, and shadowing/interns opportunities this semester!
This workshop is great for members who are curious about leadership or considering running for a board position in the future.

Psi Beta Honor Society at West Valley College invites Bay Area community college students to participate in the Brain x Behavior Conference 2026, a student conference exploring the mind, brain, behavior, and related disciplines.

Time: 1:00–5:00 PM
Location: West Valley College, Learning Resource Center

(AGS members that submit and present can get 2 general points!)

Students who submit work are eligible for conference awards and research grants, including:
• Outstanding Research Award: $200 research grant + publication of your work in The Helm
• Emerging Scholar Award: $50 research grant + publication
• Top Contender Award: professional mentorship session with Manuel Barrios (MLB Consulting) + publication
