Highre is a new generation virtual career fair platform that helps organizers bring talent and employers together, no matter where they are. Its key features include virtual booths, 1:1 video meetings, and interactive webinars.

Our partnership with Highre marks their very first partnership with an Asian University. Both UP CAP and Highre are very excited to be able to organize an event that introduces a new standard of campus recruiting in Asia.

WHAT IS HIGHRE?

  1. Go to the talent sign-up page and fill out the form.

  • You will receive a verification e-mail from Highre. Click on the “Confirm your E-mail” to verify your account.

Note: It is advisable to RSVP at bit.ly/VCFRSVP2021 as soon as possible to be invited to the page earlier and set up your profiles in advance!

  • Once redirected back to the Highre platform, click on the Profile tab and “Edit Profile” to set-up your identity by filling out the required fields. Give as much information as possible to increase your chances of being recognized by the recruiters. Click “Save”.

  • You’ll be able to see the career fair in the Dashboard tab. Before the event, you can visit the employer booths by clicking on the “View Booth” button per company.

  • To book 1-on-1 meetings with a recruiter, click on the “Schedule” or “Request” button. Note that you can only book one recruiter per company.
    1. If you see Schedule, choose from the list of available times. Blue means that the schedule is available, green means that you have been successfully booked.
    2. If you see Request, the recruiter has to approve it first. After it has been approved, you are free to choose the time slot for the meeting.

  • After booking your preferred slots, you can check the status of your scheduled and requested meetings here:

  • Click on CAP’s Virtual Career Fair Day 1/2/3.
  • Navigate through the different companies on the page.
    • By clicking on the “View Booth” button, you will be led to the employer booth where you will be able to see details about the company.
    • If you wish to book more meetings, you can do so during the event by clicking on “Meeting Slots” and scheduling with a recruiter.

  • Upcoming events, such as webinars, are also shown on the employer booth. You can attend webinars by clicking on the “Join” button. Ensure Camera and Microphone access.
  • You can also join the 1-on-1 meeting rooms from the employer booth.
    • You can communicate with the recruiter verbally or via chat box.
    • The chat history will not be saved as per privacy policy.

  • All available hiring positions are shown in this page, and you can click on the “Drop Off Your Resume” button to submit your application.

  • At the bottom (centre stage) of the event page, click on the “See All Jobs” button to view all job posts. You can use the search box to filter which jobs you want to check out.

  • For any questions during the event, visit “Career Center for Help” booth on the event page.
  • A button to e-mail Highre for any technical difficulties is also available on the event page.
