What Our Meetings Will Look Like

• Meetings would consist of focusing on different states, possibly in a showoff between 2 states, celebrating their food, traditions, cultures, arts, cinema, and music, being a place for AK students to learn about India accurately and completely.

• There will also be possible interactions between students in schools in India and our students here at AK in the form of video calls, emails, or video exchanges.

​

• This club will also have volunteer opportunities with different events that happen in Charlotte in the Indian community as a whole.

​

• There will be collaborations with various state associations of India in Charlotte, like the Tamil Sangam, or the Telugu Association, to showcase each state’s uniqueness and traditional richness. There will also be guest speakers from these associations.

​

• We will watch movies of different languages, try different foods from different states, and learn different languages.
