Friday April 11 from 4 to 7 PM

Volunteer Opportunities:

• Food and Beverage Servers (Dine-in service)

• Runners (Curbside and Carryout service)

• Tray Washing and Clean-up

How to Sign Up:

• Online: Visit www.guardian-angels.org, click on the Menu button, then select “Fish Fry.”

• By Phone: Call Sharon in the Parish Office at 651-789-3182 if you prefer not to sign up online.

Additional Information:

• Service Hour Certificates: Available electronically upon request through the signup tool.

• Volunteer Meals: Available at a discounted price of $10 (Dine-in or Takeout).

  • Middleton Elementary Spring Carnival will be held on Friday, April 11 and we are looking for volunteers.
  • They need a LOT of volunteers to do a lot of things
  • Face Painting, Games, Bingo, Dance Party, Balloon Artist, Food Vendors, Magician, Welcome/Entry Event Set Up
  • It's so good for the elementary schoolers.

  • SoWashCo Cares needs volunteers for the upcoming Kids Activity Areas in both the Woodbury and Cottage Grove Expos coming up in April.
  • 12 Slots Total so act fast.

FMSC x StuCo

  • Feed My Starving Children event at the Eagan Center from 5 to 6:30 PM on Friday, May 16th
  • We are getting in contact with Student Council to see if they would like to partner for this event
  • It is after all of our AP exams so it is a fun way to unwind and relax
  • There are 40 spots available but I can get more if needed

Red Rock Elementary Annual Carnival!

When: Friday evening, May 2nd

Many Fun Options:

  • Decorate and set up; check people in
  • Wristband sales and concessions
  • Monitor bounce houses (+18) or the hallways

ERHS Polar Plunge to Support Unified Club

What? Cool School Polar Plunge

Where? East Ridge! Just outside the Activity Doors

When? Wednesday, April 9th from 2:15-3:00

Who? Everyone is invited to join!

How? Register online at Plungemn.org - there are also QR codes and information on posters all around the building - just look for the polar bears. Then share your fundraising page with family and friends

Why? To promote inclusion for our students with disabilities and to support Special Olympics. There are prizes for different fundraising levels and for each registration, the student can come to the cafe for a free snack and drink!

Lake Level Volunteer

Lake Level Minnesota is a program in which volunteers and other organizations collect and report lake levels throughout MN. Through this, there is better lake management, helping new construction and other projects.

Book Drive

What: Book Drive!!

When: April 7th - April 21st

Where: Bins for books will be located

around the school. Follow-up details will come out.

Why: Help those in need who have little or no access to books

and other literary options. Reading not only is enjoyable but research shows it leads to improved mental health, enhanced cognitive function, and increase in knowledge, as well as stress reduction and better sleep.

Who: Books for Africa, Women’s Prison Book Project, SoWashCo Cares

  • 40 Volunteer Hours (at least 10 of them being for NHS)
  • 10 tutoring hours (5 MUST be in the ASC)
  • Attend 50% of the meetings
  • 40 hours of volunteering with 20 of them being for NHS.
  • 10 tutoring hours (5 for ASC).
  • Attend 80% of the meetings.
  • Actively participated in a committee.
  • Cords are for seniors only. Requirements are the same.
