WORKING SCHEDULE

The Library is open 07 hours from Monday to Saturday. The Library remains closed on all Gazette holidays. Lending services are available Monday to Saturday 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM. During exam period library has kept open 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM.

Library Collection:

The New Books, New Journals and other reading material are Purchased as per the demands from the Staff, Students as per requirements of Syllabi & Referring to Catalogues .The Library has over the years built a good Collection of over Books, 58817CD & Audio 99A/V Cassettes 26 Periodicals 30 News Papers 10. All current issues of Journals & Magazines are displayed in Reference & Periodical Section at first Floor.

Library Rules and Regulations :

1. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the library.

2. Students must carry their college ID card and library membership card while entering the library.

3. Every student must sign in the register kept at the library entrance.

4. Bags are not allowed inside the library.

5. Silence must be maintained inside the library and reading room.

6. Notice boards should be checked regularly for updates and changes.

7. Students must cooperate with library staff for smooth functioning.

8. Books should be handled carefully.

9. All students must return library books, periodicals and other materials must be returned on or before the due date or renewed; otherwise, a fine will be imposed at the end of the academic year.

10. If a borrowed book is lost, damaged or mutilated the reader must pay double the cost of the book or replace it with a new one.

11. A heavy fine will be imposed if rare books are lost.

12. Library membership cards (B.T.) are non-transferable and the student is responsible for books borrowed on their card.

13. all Students must borrow and return books on their library membership card (B.T.) according to the end of the academic year or before exams.

14. Only Bonafide students of the college can use the library and its services, or with Principal's permission.

15. Eating, sleeping, and spitting inside the library are strictly prohibited and will be considered misconduct.

16. Students must maintain discipline inside the library.

17. Disciplinary and penal action will be taken against students found misbehaving in the library.

18. Any problems or concerns related to the library should be addressed to the Librarian.
