Attendance & Absences

  • Students should be in class at 9:15. Students arriving after that are considered late and must check-in at the office.
  • Contact the school office for absences related to illness at 612-668-3310. Please don’t email teacher directly.
  • Students arriving late from a doctor should have a note from the doctor.
  • A “Family Activity Form” must be completed for planned absences (vacations, etc).

Drop off and Pick up

  • Busses drop off and pick up on Vincent Ave
  • Parent/walker drop off and pick up is on the school side of Washburn Avenue
  • Consider setting a specific pick-up point (i.e.bike racks)
  • Please remember to contact the teacher or office with any changes on your child’s dismissal plan for the day
