When you join our programs, you’re joining a community. And like any growing community, a few ground rules about expected behavior are good for everyone.
These guidelines cover both online (e.g. mailing lists, social channels) and offline (e.g. in-person events) behaviors.
Add a Code of Conduct to your website and have it visible during the event as well.

Step by step��Build a network of potential speakers and be sure to make them feel at home in your community!
Try to start by speaking yourself by showing a topic you are passionate about.�Communicate often with them for the event: give them the location and timing well in advance, give them more context about your community.�Welcome them at the beginning of the event, and send them a thank you note just after (they may come back !)

How to get a speaker
If you are interested to host a Google Developer Expert or a Googler at any of your online events, fill out this request form.
How does the matching work?
Your online event will be advertised in front of Google Developer Experts and Googlers. You will be connected to the interested speaker via Email OR, if you have a Call for Papers, they will be directed to the provided link.

Support for your events
Sponsorship from Google
Please fill the Support Request form. Be aware of the deadlines! After filling the form, your proposal will be studied by your RL and confirmation (or no confirmation) email will be sent.
Claim your expenses with the Reimbursement form. This form can be used to request reimbursements of any spendings attached to an agreement with your Regional Lead.
