• USAH Registration – April 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027

• Members register with USAH.

• Registrar:
• Collects and submits member confirmation numbers in registry portal.
• Submitting members is the same as claiming members.
• Once submitted USAH insurance is activated.
• Creates rosters and submits for approval.
• Makes changes to rosters as needed.

• Association Registrars – claim members, create and manage team rosters.
• Affiliate Registrars – approve rosters, approve travel permits, approve tournaments for sanction, check credential books for NTB teams.
• District Registrar – assigns tournament sanction numbers, final review of credential books prior to Districts. and Nationals.

• Follow the roster naming instructions to name your team.

League, association, age group, divison

• 3 options for season type.
• regular, tournament, spring/summer (for HPHL & other post season teams)
• Select the team type.
• youth, girls, flex, board, adult

Category choices are dependent on the classification.

8U only has House/Rec

10U does not have Tier options.

All High School rosters are House/Rec.

​

Tier I, Tier II, and High School will have option to select National Tournament Bound.

Division:

​

• All Tier I = AAA.
• All Tier II = AA.
• 10U has no Tier II option.
• Use Travel A and add AA to team name.
• Travel:
• Only Girls 12U travel has A or B options.
• Youth and Girls House/Rec = NA
• High School only has House/Rec:
• Defaults to JV, change to VAR.

• Add players, then add staff.
• Can’t find – clear filter.

SSR = no SafeSport.

SCN = screening not done.

CMR = missing module.

Grayed out = missing requirement

Incorrectly states SafeSport is complete. Look at expiration date.

Correctly shows SafeSport has expired

Once staff are selected you will need to designate the Head Coach in order to submit the roster.
