The need for health checkups is rising quickly in Indonesia as a pandemic breakout and public health awareness rise.
However, neither in major cities nor in rural areas has there been a corresponding increase in the capacity of public health services.

“Worry-free for the visually impaired and their care giver”
Many assistive devices for the blind, especially in the form of smart sticks, have tried to develop, but unfortunately they are only concepts or prototypes, even if there are functional ones, they are very expensive and have to wait a long time because they are imported products.
To overcome this issue, Hardtmann Mekatroniske together with the Syamsi Dhuha foundation have developed a solution that is not only intended for people with visual impairments but also for their companions. We currently have hundreds of deployments underway, and the number continues to grow.

Hardtmann Mekatroniske showcases its innovative Motion Replicator Robot Arm, developed with Institut Teknologi Bandung.

Potential customers can now experience a car's safety features without actually driving it on the road.
Through this simulator, anyone—including those who cannot drive—can experience driving, including the safety aspects.

VIBRATION MONITORING SYSTEM
“Comprehensive Vibration Monitoring for Heavy Machinery”
A vibration monitoring system is crucial for large vehicles like excavators, dump trucks, and cranes. It detects and analyzes vibrations when the vehicle is idle, identifying abnormalities early to prevent breakdowns. When the vehicle is off, it monitors residual vibrations to understand the machine's state.
While the vehicle is running, the system continuously checks for issues such as imbalances or misalignments. This real-time monitoring extends the machinery's lifespan, ensures safety, and optimizes efficiency.

“Reverse Smart Vending Machine”
DAUR is a machine-vision based reverse-vending-machine made to promote waste recycling culture in Indonesia.
In addition to the conventional barcode scanning system, DAUR employs the Tensor Flow framework and AI on the edge to recognize objects disposed by the user and rewards them for each item accepted.
This method is currently being developed to only operate with PET bottles. The detection of glass, cans, and paper boxes is currently being explored.

"Optimized throughput for Small-Medium sized juicy business"
The demand for production equipment is at an all-time high as the home-based industry and the number of entrepreneurs grow. However, the only market-ready solutions for these home industries are either overly inefficient industrial grade machinery or short-lived home-grade machinery.
We collaborate with Vitamin Monster, a well-known fresh squeezed juice manufacturer in Jakarta, to create a low power, 1200 bottle/hr UV sterilizer equipment. A tiny footprint, an optimized mechanism, and an optimized material all worked together to create this machine. Regarding UV, we implement cutting-edge safety mechanisms to guarantee secure and efficient operation throughout time.

The demand for a distribution system for goods in the retail and wholesale categories has grown quickly along with the development of Indonesia's digital market. We create this system to address these needs and make warehouse operations productive and efficient in terms of time and operating expenses.
Workers simply need to enter and call the required goods without having to search for them thanks to the use of AI and deep learning to organize the goods, operated by AGV, and monitored by autonomous drones for stock checking.

“Humanizing human by facilitating the recording of gas tank parameters at SPBE stations.”
This Project Dial Digitizer aims to read the status of the LPG tank in SPBE so that monitoring and recording can be done in real-time.
Recording of previous data can only be done twice a day; by way of capturing a dial photo contained in the tank, then do the manual input.
With this project, status monitoring can be done remotely and in real-time with much more data retrieval frequency than the retrieval of manual data. Simplify recording and monitoring.

With the development of Industry 4.0 applications in Indonesia, this LPG Counter is one of the real applications that we have developed for PT. Pertamina.
This simple counting-logging function has improved the operational efficiency of PT Pertamina's LPG depots significantly as the operators did not need to manually error-prone count the tubes processed.
The edge computing and IoT technologies used are pioneering technologies in Indonesia using LoRa 433 MHz to support long-distance data transfer.

“Comparing sun tracking method on the active solar panel”
This project aims to increase the efficiency of solar power capture by making solar panels move through the path of the sun.
There are several considerations for the method used to follow the sun's position. First is following the annual sun position data without the use of additional sensors; or secondly, active solar panels follow the sun using a light sensor, without using reference data.
