What To Do:

  • During this time, students will enter the class quietly, take out needed materials
  • This time is dedicated for Independent Study Hall (may read or work on any assignments)
  • If you need to use the restroom, get water PLEASE ASK BEFORE LEAVING

School Tour- Go down the 400/500 hallway, multipurpose room and library, then down the 700/800 hallway. Show the 200 hallway then back up and electives (Bumgarners room hidden in the back), and then cafeteria and main office, lobby, counselors, nurse, and Robins office. CELL PHONE POLICY

  • 1st incident- teacher will record incident in educator handbook with a parent contact.

  • 2nd Incident- student will be sent to the front office or admin office and they will collect the phone, contact parent, and incident will be written in educator handbook. The student will be allowed to pick up their phone at the end of the day.

  • 3rd Incident- Same as 2nd but Parent/Guardian will have to come to pick up the phone and have a conference about student cell phone use.

  • REFUSAL- do not get in an argument, if you do admin. or the SRO will be contacted

How can students care for their Chromebooks?

Number 1:

Always keep your Chromebook on a flat surface so it doesn’t fall or break.

Number 2:

Don’t pile things on your Chromebook; it can break the screen.

Number 3:

Keep the keyboard clear of debris. Don’t lay anything on your keyboard.

Number 4:

Keep food and drinks away from your Chromebook at all times.

Be careful how you carry your Chromebook. Always use two hands.

Number 6:

Keep your Chromebook charged. Charge it nightly and bring your chromebook and charger to school daily!
