Life Coach

I’m an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I’m amazed at the power of coaching to facilitate growth, help people get “unstuck” in areas that challenge them, and open doors for greater health and freedom in all aspects of life.

My husband, Paul, and I live in North Carolina. We have four young adult kids, one daughter-in-law, and our first grandbaby on the way.

For the past five years I’ve served in the Training Department at JAARS. I am a table facilitator and presenter at our month long Intercultural Communications Course as well as leading other training events.
