Look at the error and determine next steps:

  1. Go to the /setup page and look at the error message on the Summary page.
    1. This allows us to see which errors they may be running into and quickly have a summary of what they’ve entered. Looking over this can sometimes be enough to spot issues right away.
  2. Look up the errors and next steps in this doc
  3. If the merchant believes what they entered is correct then see if we can figure it out ourselves.
    • Pro Tip: Many states have EIN lookup which can quickly point out the issue. Example
  4. Upload file
  5. Go to KYC Page and compare file against what was input
  6. Make any necessary changes
  7. Reach out to Andrew/Ty if needed

  1. Compare what was uploaded with what was input
  2. Make sure files that were uploaded match with what should have been uploaded and meet our requirements (dated within last 12 months, not blurry or cut off, is not a photocopy, the name matches what was input).
  3. Make sure what was input was what was sent to Adyen
  4. If any issues are found, go to /setup page and make edits
