IT Computer Wiz Kids�Mentorship Program

As a non-profit organization, our goal is to increase computer literacy and technical knowledge of the youth. We achieve these goals thought such initiatives as mentorship and after school hands on educational programs. IT Computer Wiz Kids is seeking mentors. This program gives mentors the opportunity to:

• Share how mentors use technology in studying, academic research, and group projects,
• Share how the mentor uses technology to build relationships within their field and gain confidence in pursuing their career aspirations.
• The mentor discusses the process they utilize in applying to college and or other institutions of higher learning.
• This is an opportunity to have fun and build friendship with youth 12-18, that can be life changing.
• Give back to the community and positively impact the student’s prospects for the future.

We’re asking for only 4 hours a month. This is an IT STEAM program, so we ask you to use your knowledge of IT. Experience is not mandatory, we will have IT trainers on-site. By developing a successful mentorship relationship with these students, you will work with other mentors to help choose and achieve academic or professional goals and help them develop their self-esteem.
