Where to find Finance Query in Self Service
Under Financial Management
You will not have the same access like what’s shown in this screenshot
Using Filter to set up Selection Criteria
You can enter the Fund, Cost Center, Activity, Object number, and Project number desired. Select No for “Include Active Accounts with No Activity” – see below.

If running a report for a project number, all you need to enter is the project number.

The output will show all funds and object numbers (revenue and expenditures) related to the given project number.
Saving the Selection Criteria
If you click Save Criteria, the pop-up will provide the option of saving the selection criteria with a name. This will make it easier to run the report any time, without having to enter the criteria again, by selecting the saved name.
Applying Sort Options
This Sort Option shows totals by Project Number, regardless the Fund and/or Object Number
Sort Option - Project and Obj.2
This Sort Option will provide subtotals for OBJ.2, for a given Project Number, regardless of the Fund
Sort Option – Project number and GL class
This Sort Option has subtotals for Revenue and Expenditures, for a given Project number
Sort Option – Project number and fund
This Sort Option gives totals per Fund, for a given Project number, regardless of the Object Number or GL class
Sort Option – Project, Fund, and GL Class
This Sort Option shows subtotals for the Revenue and Expenditures, for each Fund, for a given Project number
