EQHs
Equal Highs
What are Equal Highs?
Equal Highs are a point where liquidity is resting.
What ends up happening when EQHs form?
As you can see, there is often a dump due to a tap of “resistance,” and then we retrace there. There are MANY MANY examples of EQHs being formed two days prior to them being retraced to. Which end up yielding (in my experience) 100-500 point trades, which I take with both QQQ 5dte and NQ trading.
How to take advantage of EQHs
As you can see, there is often a dump due to a tap of “resistance,” and then we retrace there.
You can capitalize on the dump/opposite way move.
You can catch 100s of points catching the move back to the EQHs. Often we don't make 100 point moves before retracing, but when we do, it is a beautiful trade.
Example of these very large point EQH trades.
We had EQHs at 18925.25 that I had called out in #tsmct-chat once they were formed. As you can see, NQ dumped 300+ points after they were formed. If you caught even near the bottom, and went long, and TPed 18925.25, you would’ve caught 300+ points, and ironically, the top of the retracement was just 0.75 points above the EQHs!! We dumped right after they were retraced to! Do you see it? In the second picture, there was a mini EQH setup! EQHs at 18923.5, dump, and retracement! From my experience, I have a 100% win rate (so far), I've been doing this for only a couple of weeks to a month, and these trades yield a whopping average 1:15RR !!! This is my favorite setup, along with EQLs to take, you can clearly see why.
EQLs
Equal Lows
What are EQLs?
Equal Lows are a point where liquidity is resting, just like EQHs.
What ends up happening when EQLs are formed?
As you can see, there is often a pump due to a tap of “support,” and then we retrace there. There are MANY MANY examples of EQLs being formed two days prior to them being retraced to. Which end up yielding (in my experience) 100-500 point trades, which I take with both QQQ 5dte and NQ trading.
How to play EQLs?
As you can see, there is often a pump due to a tap of “support,”” and then we retrace there.
You can capitalize on the pump/opposite way move.
You can catch 100s of points catching the move back to the EQHs. Often we don't make 100 point moves before retracing, but when we do, it is a beautiful trade.
Example of these very large point EQL trades.
We had EQLs at 18623 that I had called out in #tsmct-chat once they were formed. After these were formed, NQ to new ATHs. If you caught even near the top, and went short, and TPed 18623, you would’ve caught 350+ points!! Stop above the highs and you are G2G with a low risk, high reward situation!
