Violation of the CIF Code of Ethics during a contest will result in suspension.

1 Game Suspension for anything other than “gross misconduct” -infraction considered within the competitive environment

3-6 Game Suspension for “gross misconduct”-infraction that is extreme or violent in nature

A second ejection in the same season will result in suspension for the remainder of the season.

District programs and activities shall be free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying by reason of the following actual or perceived characteristics:

age, ancestry, color, mental or physical disability, ethnicity, ethnic group identification, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, immigration status, marital or parental status, medical condition, nationality, national origin, actual or perceived sex, sexual orientation, race, religion, or on the basis of a person's association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.

Violation of any expectations of Patriot Athletics due to discriminatory, disrespectful or harmful language, actions, or social media may result in suspension for practice and contests until the completion of school and SDUSD investigation as well as SDUSD Equity Education.

The process will take a minimum of 7 days.

All student-athletes involved in incident will be suspended from team activities pending completion of all the above.

Maximum suspension could be for entire season.
