The China Open Command Ecology (RISC-V) Alliance (http://crva.ict.ac.cn/) (CRVA) is a national (in China), comprehensive, joint, non-profit social organization which aims to convene enterprises and institutions engaged in RISC-V instruction set, architecture, chip, software, whole machine applications and other links in the industrial chain. The CRVA Secretariat’s mailing address is c/o Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, No. 6 Science Academy South Road, Zhongguancun, Haidian District, Beijing

The aims of both organizations are complementary. Accordingly, with this email agreement, the two organizations form an informal partnership, focusing on joint awareness, promotion, and open, non-profit, technical collaboration governed by all applicable laws and regulations.
