1. Creation of a website with a mobile application for P.R.E.P. Open 250 hours calendar of events and log of completed activities:
P.R.E.P. Open 250 is a Professional Internships Requirement
250 hours of engagement with Rosen College or UCF clubs or student organizations, paid or unpaid internship hours, volunteering and mentoring, leadership opportunities or applied student research and more to the student experience and ensure progressive engagement toward students' career readiness upon graduation.
Several tools were researched to create a system to capture the required 250 hours, including mobile applications.

4. Redesign of Human Trafficking curriculum/modules
These modules are focused on providing you with a brief, yet comprehensive, understanding of the impact human trafficking has on the hospitality and tourism industry. We revised the learning objectives, added more videos and resources. Each course has a module with survey, quiz and adaptive learning activity
