The HCR is a strategy toolthe first of its kind in CGIAR

(Key) Performance Indicators (KPIs) = Key data or metrics that help organizations track their performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

The HCR integrates data from the Breeding Portal, GloMIP, Bioflow.

The data can/should be used for developing the crop team strategy, fund raising and reporting.

Ensure appropriate and complete data is loaded.

  • As a crop team, have a look at your HCR data, query it e.g., by breeding pipeline, (sub-) region, or Market Segment.
  • Update and complete the data.
  • Upload Genetic Gain and MET data.
  • High-level AB Goals define the asks.
