How to Make a Google Drive Shared Folder!

By Mr. Jonathan Webb ;-)

2 of 12

PURPOSE

Why use a Google Shared folder?

  • Often in Animation classes you will need to send and receive large files that may be difficult or impossible to exchange via Schoology.
  • You need a secure digital location (not stuck on any particular computer) to save your work-in-progress toward developing a portfolio at the end of the semester.
  • This process is helpful to get into the habit of collaboration with others by learning how to effectively send and receive digital documents, via Google Drive.
