Insurance policy review to insure coverage for West Valley Youth Theater (WVYT) summer program

WVYT carries their own insurance as provided to the district which is the primary coverage for the rental of the theater.
PAPA insurance of 2M is listed as a secondary policy.

We currently have a lot of SWAG in the PAPA garage and 31 sweatshirts in Betty’s garage. If a purchase is made from PAPA store, there is no way of knowing who bought what
Consider:

Finding a new place to store sweatshirts
Advertise available SWAG
Designate 1 person to monitor sales weekly or setup a way to notify someone when item is purchased
Decide on delivery method. Currently is says delivered to Leigh High School

No one has volunteered for the SWAG Coordinator position How much longer can PAPA operate on a skeleton crew? All current volunteers are going above and beyond their jobs
