What is the TECHWIZARD program?

TECHWIZARDS are students who are passionate about ICT and helping people to do amazing things with technology. It will appeal to people who have an interest in technology and are willing to help grow our school community. TECHWIZARDS will be recognised as school leaders, particularly in technology, and are responsible for promoting digital tools at school.

What will TECHWIZARDS do?

· Support the Technology Captain and teachers to promote the smart, respectful and safe use of technologies at school by example.

· Assist and encourage students and staff with their use of technology.

· Lead and co-ordinate extra-curricular activities involving technology (blogs, kidsnews, filming, taking photos, 1:1 laptop program, use of IWBs, Technology Clubs).

· Trial and assess new technologies
