Pony Express Timeline

Fold the paper in half lengthwise and open it back up.

Fold the left side of the paper to meet the halfway fold and keep this tab folded.

Fold the paper crosswise and open it back up.

Fold the bottom half of the paper into thirds crosswise and open it back up.

Fold the top half of the paper into thirds crosswise and open it back up.

Cut each crosswise fold of the tab.

Cut the top tab off so that only five tabs remain.

Write the title “Pony Express Timeline” across the top of the paper.

Write the dates from the board in chronological order, one on each tab.

To the right of each tab, write the significance of each date.

Underneath each tab, draw or print out a picture to illustrate each event.
