4. What does environmental justice look like and how can we stand up for it locally and globally?

5. How can our observations of the local environment help us to learn about environmental issues affecting Earth?

6. How can we use scientific understanding and the engineering process to build structures that will meet humans’ needs in a warming world?

Assignments/Google Classroom

  • Homework is assigned several nights each week. It is announced at the beginning of class.
  • Students are expected to write assignments in planner.
  • Assignments posted on Classroom. All class materials available there as well.

Absences

  • If sick, focus on getting better (rest!).
  • Student should check Google Classroom for missed classwork and homework and follow up about via email as needed. *Can also check in with classmates.
  • *Homework is always posted on Google Classroom.
