  • Classwork- all classwork is due at the end of the period unless otherwise stated.

  • If you do not finish by this time it will be counted as a day late and points will be deducted.

Procedures & Expectations

  • If you miss an assignment and the grade has been entered into the gradebook as a missing or zero you must come to zero period to turn the assignment in. This is the only way a missing assignment will be entered into the gradebook. If you are absent and get the assignment in before it is entered in the gradebook you do not have to attend zero period.

  • Check gradebook for missing assignments: Assignments are numbered, and there will be a COMMENT next to any assignment that is missing or incomplete.

  • If all assignments in a given grading period are missing the gradebook will show a “missing” grade of 0 in the until turned in.

11 of 19

  • If you refuse to work and instead choose to sleep, talk, or do nothing, it will be noted in the gradebook for you to see as a comment and you will not be allowed to make that assignment up.

  • Again, work you refused to do is NOT late work and will not be accepted or graded as such.

  • There will be cutoff dates for assignments toward the end of each semester.

End of Year

  • Assignments due before spring break cannot be made up at after May 1st.
  • Assignments due between May 1 and Memorial day cannot be made up after June 1.
