INSTALL SNOOZE APP

You need to install TestFlight APP before installing SNOOZE APP.

  • Copy and paste the link below to your browser, the browser on your phone will automatically open and take you to the TestFlight app preview page.

  • Tap View in APP Store.

  • Tap Open and automatically jump to App Store to start installing TestFlight APP.

  • Return to the TestFlight page on whatever browser you use on your phone and scroll down.

  • Tap Start Testing button you will see below the Step 2.
  • After prompt, tap Open and automatically jump to TestFlight APP.

  • Open the TestFlight APP, and you will see the Redeem Code prompt.
  • Select Cancel and return to the installation page.

  • The SNOOZE installation page will pop up automatically after entering TestFlight.
  • Tap ACCEPT > Tap INSTALL to successfully install SNOOZE.

TIPS:

If the SNOOZE installation page does not pop up, please reopen the testlink, and tap Start Testing to open TestFlight again.

  • Tap OPEN and automatically open SNOOZE APP.

  • After opening SNOOZE, it will automatically pop up the From the Developer page.
  • Tap Next > Tap Start Testing to start testing SNOOZE.

SNOOZE needs to access your Health data to collect your sleep data.

  • Tap Turn On All to allow SNOOZE to read Blood Oxygen, Heart Rate, Respiratory Rate and Sleep.
  • After turn on all, tap Allow to successfully install SNOOZE.

  1. Open SNOOZE APP, and use your email address to get the code.
  2. Open the email and find the verification code.
  3. To finish signing up your account, enter the verification code when prompted.

UPLOAD SLEEP DATA TO SNOOZE APP

  1. Open Heath app on your phone.
  2. Tap Sleep.
  3. Scroll down and tap Full Schedule & Options.
  4. Scroll down and tap Manage Sleep in the Apple Watch App.
  5. Turn on Track Sleep with Apple Watch and Charging Reminders.
  6. You are all set for setting.

Please open Health to check your sleep data after you wear the Apple watch for a sleep test, and make sure that the sleep data is uploaded successfully.

  1. Open Health APP, and find the Sleep column on the Summary page.
  2. Enter the Sleep page to check your sleep data.

TIPS

SNOOZE APP collects sleep data by wearing Apple Watch in this Public Beta Activity, so if you want to effectively get sleep rewards, remember to FULLY CHARGE the Apple watch and WAER IT to sleep.

  • After sleeping and making sure your sleep data has been uploaded to Health, enter SNOOZE APP > tap START > enter sleep data upload page.
  • Tap UPLOAD to receive your relevant uploaded sleep data and you will get a composite score of your sleep.

3.1 Upload Sleep Data To Get Sleep Rewards

  • Tap ENTER to receive your SLEEP REWARD > Tap GET.

TIPS:

After uploading the sleep data, it takes 12 hours to restore the sleep function. During the process of restoring the sleep function, the sleep data cannot be uploaded. After the sleep function is restored, the sleep data can be re-uploaded to obtain sleep rewards.

  • Use the Health App on your phone.

  • Open the Health App and tap Browse at botthom of the screen, then tap Sleep.

Tap Get Started under Set Up Sleep, then tap Next.

Then follow the onscreen prompts to establish:

    • Sleep Goals: Set the number of hours you'd like to spend asleep.
    • Bedtime and Wake Up times: Set when you'd like to go to bed and wake up.
    • Sleep Focus: To reduce distractions, iPhone can simplify your Lock Screen and turn on Sleep Focus at your scheduled bedtime. You can also give certain people or apps permission to notify you.
    • Track Sleep with Apple Watch: Wear your watch to bed to track your sleep. This option is available during setup if you've paired your Apple Watch with your iPhone beforehand. If you pair your Apple Watch after setup, you can still turn on Track Sleep with Apple Watch later.

  • Edit your sleep schedule on your Iphone and then tap Next.

Tips:

If you need to update your sleep schedule, you can make changes to your full schedule or for Next Wake Up Only. With Next Wake Up Only, the changes you make apply only to the following day. Changes made to your full schedule apply to all future days.

  • Set up a schedule for a Sleep Focus in Health on Iphone.
  • For the sleep schedules you set, a Sleep Focus helps reduce distractions before and during bedtime.
  • Quickly turn your Sleep Focus on or off.

  • You are all set and you can start tracking your sleep.

Note that if this is your first time setting up a Sleep Schedule, after opening the Health app and navigating to the Sleep section, you'll need to tap on "Get Started" and set a sleep goal before you can set and adjust your sleep schedule.
