The Arleta Site Council is excited to invite you to a schoolwide conversation about how technology impacts kids—and what we can do about it. Join our Arleta parents and caregivers book club for The Anxious Generation, a thoughtful, solution-focused book that’s sparking conversations across the country.
The first half of the book explores how smartphones and social media affect youth well-being, and the second half is packed with small, practical steps families and schools can take to create more opportunities for play, connection, and calm.
Every family that participates will receive a free copy of the book. Watch for a signup sheet in your student’s backpack.
