  • Track work of proposed shunting neck is completed with connection to UP & DN Goods loop and also bridge extension completed but derailing switch & signaling facility is not provided yet
  • Land acquisition in progress as “Special Railway Project”. 20(A) Gazette Notification published on 08.12.23. Rs. 50 lac demanded as processing fee. Proposal vetted by finance on 07.10.24.
  • Vishay company has filed case in High court for road dispute. State official, railway official with advocates visited the site on 11.02.25 for solution.
  • Joint Site visit of CPM/GSU and Dy. Collector land Acq.no.3 along with Vishay company representatives on dt.11.04.2025 for Looking of all feasible options.
  • High court has given date for next hearing on 25.08.2025.

    • Foot Over Bridge: Provision of 6 m wide new FOB near existing 6 m wide FOB. Old 2.44 m wide FOB will be demolished. New FOB will have provisions of Ramp to facilitate Divyang Facility.
    • Lift & Escalator: 01 Escalator is available at second entry and 01 escalator is available on main entry.
