You must complete a vocabulary journal entry for 75 vocabulary words by the end of this year. You can hand it in at anytime before June 10th. This quarter you can earn a test grade of 100% if you complete at least 25 of the 75 words.

• Here is the end of year rubric and here is the end of quarter 2 rubric.
• Here are examples a vocabulary journals with complete entries for each word.
• You should choose your own words based on what words you encounter that are new to you. Below are links to some word lists, remember you can also include any other words you encounter and want to learn more deeply.

CENTER D: Rest Stop: Reading Response Journal

You must turn in an ONLINE reading response journal for the book Nothing But the Truth. You can work on this with a partner, but your partner and you must each turn in your own response journal by Monday 12/21.

The template for this is on google classroom.

You must make a copy of it, and share it with your partner. Then both of you should attach this document to the assignment on google classroom.

In the template, I have given you questions for the first 12 chapters. After that you will need to design your own questions.

NOTE: If you and your partner want to collaborate on one document and then combine it at the end, that is fine, but you must write in separate colors and give me a key so I know who wrote what and I can tell that the work was split evenly.

Once you have completed all the questions, you will turn in the document on google classroom and grade yourself on the paper rubric in your packet.

Extension: Create a non-life sized character silhouette online and create your own rubric.
