INTRODUCTION

Cham Project is a non-profit project established by a group of students and people with disabilities in Hanoi in 2019. The project focuses on raising awareness of people with disabilities about gender equality, sexual and reproductive health rights, and mental health. Cham Project has conducted a series of seminars, training, and workshops both online and in-person in Hanoi, implemented social media campaign under the support of experts/local NGOs in the field. Cham has reached nearly 4000 people who are the direct and indirect beneficiaries of the project.

ACTIVITIES

    • 2019 - 2020: An in-person workshop in Hanoi & a social media campaign

    • 2020 - 2021: An online training program on SRHR & communication cooperation with other organizations, projects

    • 2021 - 2022: A 1:1 series of psychological counseling & a workshop series for public

RESULTS

    • COLLABORATED WITH & RECEIVED FUNDING FROM a UN entity, 2 local NGOs, 3 youth networks, and a wide range of organizations, households, and individuals.

    • RECRUITED more than 200 volunteers in Vietnam.

    • REACHED OUT TO around 200 people with disabilities who are the direct beneficiaries of the project and more than 3000 people who are the indirect beneficiaries of the project and those who are interested in, engaged in some activities of the project.

Respect each other, sit down and talk when anyone has a problem, work as a team
