What’s New In EV63 EDG Edition

Tuned with EDG: New TSS Technology

Our collaboration with EDG goes beyond looks, with five rounds of joint tuning focused on real gameplay.

Low latency. Still a beat behind?

Building on EDG’s feedback, we developed TSS(Timing Synchronization System) to better align keyboard input processing with the PC’s USB polling cycle, helping deliver more consistent response when you need to stop, change direction or take the shot.

More consistent response, so you can trust your timing when the match is on the line.

14 of 38

Thinking Behind TSS

Ultra-low latency. 8kHz polling. 0.01 mm Rapid Trigger. Plenty of keyboards promise impressive specs. Yet even with those specs, a crucial duel can still feel a beat off: you release the movement key, commit to the shot, and your character hasn’t quite stopped. You fire before your accuracy resets. A duel you had every chance of winning slips away.

You might wonder why your actions still feel out of sync with your inputs. That’s because it’s not just about how low the latency is, but whether your keyboard and PC stay in sync with every input.

EDG also raised this experience during our technical discussions. Together, we investigated the underlying timing issues and introduced TSS to better align keyboard input processing with the PC’s USB polling cycle, translating low latency on paper into more consistent, responsive control in actual play.

15 of 38

How TSS Works

Fast signals can still end up waiting.

Think of USB polling as a bus arriving at regular intervals. Your keyboard prepares an input report, like a passenger arriving at the stop. The PC collects that report on its next polling cycle.

Miss the bus, wait for the next one.

If the report is ready just before the PC polls, it can be picked up quickly. If it becomes ready just after, it has to wait for the next cycle. The keyboard may process inputs quickly, but that extra wait can vary from one input to another.

TSS aligns the timing.

TSS is like giving the keyboard the bus timetable. It coordinates internal input processing with the PC’s USB polling cycle, helping reports become ready in time for collection and reducing avoidable waiting.

TSS helps every input feel more predictable, so you can trust your timing when the match is on the line.
