What is the PRMS Reporting Tool?
The Performance and Results Management System (PRMS) Reporting Tool is an online collaborative working platform that supports the reporting of results against the CGIAR Performance and Results Management Framework 2022 – 2030 (PRMF) a companion document to the CGIAR 2030 Research and Innovation Strategy.
The CGIAR Technical Reporting Arrangement describes the content, timing, format, standards and scope for the Technical Reporting. It was endorsed by the System Council’s Strategic Impact, Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (SIMEC) with a goal of meeting the needs of the donors and providing a mechanism to clearly measure achievements against the PRMF.
Results reported into the Tool are then linked to CGIAR Results Dashboard and also made available for integration into the Type 1 Technical Report.
There is also a PRMS Test environment to test new features before release.
