We are rolling out a new and improved Salesforce (v)ISP Submission Process for 2023 (v)ISPs and beyond which will:

Ensure an efficient, transparent, and standardized (v)ISP slot allocation process - slots will be allocated earlier!
Increase alignment regarding (v)ISP pipeline between Global and Local offices worldwide.

Please adhere to this process for 2023 (v)ISP submissions. Only candidates following this process will be considered for an (v)ISP in 2023*.

*Please consider the January 2023 vISP as an exception given the tight timeline. You don’t need to adhere to this process for the January vISP, but will be required to do so from February onwards.

STEP BY STEP PROCESS:

We have introduced a new ‘Target Quarterly ISP Campaign’ field:

USE:

Please use this field to keep track of your candidate’s (v)ISP timeline and let the global team know when you are thinking of bringing a candidate to an (v)ISP.

NOTES:

This doesn’t submit your candidate to a specific quarterly campaign, but it provides visibility into the (v)ISP timeline for a candidate at any stage of the selection process.
We encourage you to leverage this field throughout your candidate’s selection process and update it regularly (at SOR stage, at LSP stage…).
This step is not required but highly encouraged.

STEP 1: INDICATE (v)ISP TIMELINE

Once your candidate is ready to attend an (v)ISP, you must officially submit them to a Quarterly ISP Campaign:

REQUIRED STEPS:

Click the ‘Submit to Quarterly Campaign’ button at the top right of the EE Application.
Fill out the relevant fields and click ‘Save’.

NOTES:

You can submit a maximum of 4 candidates to one Quarterly ISP Campaign.
*You can indicate a preferred (v)ISP within the quarter by filling out the ‘Target ISP’ field and indicate reasons for this or any relevant context in the notes field on the EE Application.
*Important note: Indicating a ‘Target ISP’ doesn’t secure a slot during that specific (v)ISP. The global team will work to accommodate this preference but cannot guarantee a specific ISP within a quarter without review.

STEP 2: SUBMIT TO A QUARTERLY ISP CAMPAIGN

After quarterly submissions, the global selection team will review all candidate applications for a given quarter and will allocate candidates a slot for a specific (v)ISP within that quarter. Then, you must officially confirm their spot in that specific (v)ISP:

REQUIRED STEPS:

You will receive an email confirming your candidate’s slot for a specific (v)ISP.
Once you receive this email, complete your candidate’s digital profile and fill out all relevant fields on the EE Application.
*Then, click the ‘Submit to Confirmed ISP’ button at the top right of the EE App and then click ‘Save’.
