Problem Solving

Issue Overview

  • Plumbing Issues with Upper School Wing
  • Subleasing resolution for Atlas Therapies to bring liabilities down

What We Know

  • There are possible solutions to correct the plumbing issue:
    • Sleeve
    • Replacement
    • Combination of techniques

Current Cash flow will have to support the repairs due to this being outside of the construction budget

  • Notification to tenant has been made and after board discussion we will rectify the situation

What We’re Still Trying to Find Out

  • The extent of plumbing affected and the cost of repair
  • Needed lease amendments
