STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO STAKE AT LOCK

1) LOCK Staking is a Staking Provider integrated into Wallets like the DFX Wallet or Jellywallet.

To enter LOCK Staking and to transfer DFI from your DFX Wallet into LOCK Staking, you’ll need to click on ‘DFI Staking by LOCK’.

You’ll need to enter your PIN of your DFX Wallet to proceed like shown on the next page.

2) Type in your DFX PIN to enter LOCK

3) LOCK Staking is available to verified DFX users. Therefore, your KYC data needs to be transferred to LOCK.

Alternatively, you can proceed with the LOCK KYC process (“New KYC Process”), if you’re not verified at DFX yet.

4) In order to transfer your KYC data from DFX to LOCK, you’ll need to explicitly confirm that you want to transfer your data

6) After clicking on ‘STAKE’, enter the amount of DFI UTXO in your DFX Wallet that you want to stake. Only DFI UTXO can be transferred into LOCK Staking. Click continue.

7) In order to confirm the Blockchain transaction, you’ll need to enter the PIN of your DFX Wallet

8) After confirming the transaction, your DFI UTXO will appear as Pending Deposits. Your DFI UTXO will be sent into LOCK Staking in this moment.

9) Your DFI UTXO will be added into LOCK Staking within a couple of minutes.

10) Once your DFI UTXO are added into LOCK Staking, they will be shown as total DFI UTXO Staking balance

11) You can unstake your DFI UTXO anytime by clicking on ‘UNSTAKE’. LOCK sends your DFI back into your DFX Wallet
