BACKGROUND

  • Offer stand-alone modules enabling LGUs to:

    • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the sub-processes of the planning cycle in the preparation of a risk-informed CDP (i.e. ecological profiling, visioning, investment programming, etc.);
    • Become more familiar with the needed planning tools and instruments; and
    • Delve deeper into the planning process appropriate and responsive to their actual needs.

    2. Differentiate analytical tools and their uses in planning
    3. Identify and develop a list of appropriate indicators of development or underdevelopment for the LGUs using the processed and analyzed CDP data requirements
    4. Create a baseline using the identified indicators in the CDP Data Process and Analysis
