ACCOMMODATIONS-HEARING CONDITIONS
- Putting extra lighting in the room so all students can visualize without obstruction
- Arranging the students with hearing exceptionalities towards the front so they can watch the teacher speak
- Using a smart board to help with visuals and have students get out of their seat and physically interact with the lesson
- Incorporate a voice-to-text program that displays everything that is said out loud
- Minimize all background noises
- Allowing students to write or type their work
- Students can use a sign language interpreter if they feel comfortable
- For emergencies, the lights will get flickered three times to alert everyone in the class
