Do You have enough time in your project?

  • ANN/Deep learning need relatively large set of labelled data
  • The dataset should be balanced
    • Waiting for problems to occur creates a tremendous problem for project success

CONCLUSION

  • Pay attention to data unification problem in vectors
    • especially in time series
  • Deep learning solutions can be unpractical in dispersed environment
    • data inconsistency and scarcity (strongly unbalanced classes)
  • Is unexplainable AI suitable for the project?
    • experiences with power plant monitoring system
