How do we provide an easy to use, reliable, and single source for non-partisan voting information?

3 of 15

Research Methodology

We interviewed registered voters living in US cities and suburbs and asked them the following:

Have you voted in any recent elections?

Did you have any challenges with the voting process?

What resource did you use to determine who you would vote for?

Key Findings

Importance of being well-informed about candidates

Voters want to ensure they are electing candidates who share the same values as them.

Researching down-ballot candidates is hard

Information can be difficult to find and there are too many sources to read through.

Lack of trust towards candidate websites and other news sources

There are concerns about bias from the information they have sourced.
