Germs (Clandestinely incorporated into Existing Courses) – self-selected professors incorporate ADR principles, skills, or doctrine into existing law school offerings. ADR ideas are increasingly pervasive; and some might even say, with disfavor, that they have infested or infected an otherwise pure system of legal education. Benefit – faculty members who really care most about ADR wind up being the ones to teach it. Might be the ones with deepest background and capomparatively better at teaching it without affinity for or training in the topic. No dogfight. Analogy is Law & Economics or Critical Legal Studies
