Problem Overview

The Problem:

Due to an expansion, MTA now has multiple bus routes running service with the same stop. This especially problematic for Washington & State bus stop as there are now 7 routes which is causing confusion among riders.

User Pain Points:

Commuters are having a hard time identifying which bus is theirs and when they need to be at the stop for their appropriate bus.
