CASA Camporee is an annual event in which CASA troops compete against each other in events testing your Scouting skills as well as teamwork. Troops will try to get the most points from each event, and the Troop holding the most number of points in the very end becomes the winner of CASA Camporee, complete with an entire year of bragging rights! This year’s theme is Lunar New Years!

PAPERWORK AT CHECK-IN

All attendees MUST have the following paperwork at check-in:

1. Medical Forms Parts A and B (A, B1, B2)

2. COVID Release Form

3. Proof of Vaccination OR SELF COVID Test (within 24 hours)

Arrival Time and Parking

ARRIVAL TIME

All units will be required to sign in on Friday (Oct 21) at 6:45pm, not earlier or later as other troops will be before and after us. We will have 4 parking passes for cars allowed to stay overnight. Please load all gear for our troop onto cars staying overnight beforehand to avoid a clog up at Sempervirens Point. We will have 10 minutes to get all scouts and cars organized and to start walking down. Our troop must be ready to start walking down by 6:55 pm or earlier and the cars must drive down or leave Point Sempervirens by 6:55 or earlier as well.

PARKING

After registration, our troop will be given the overnight parking passes. Only vehicles with overnight parking passes will be allowed to go down to Camp Chesebrough. We have been asked that ALL drivers refrain from entering or leaving camp between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on Saturday, October 22. All cars in Camp Chesebrough will be parked BACK IN. Please drive with caution.
