IMPORTANT AUTHORIZATIONS
2026 PROGRAM - PARENTS, STUDENTS, COACHES/MENTORS
To appropriately conduct research of the 2026 season and Zero Robotics 2.0 via surveys and interviews, we need authorization from four groups (students under 18, students over 18, parents and adults working with ZR students). We ask that you have all participants and parents complete these forms electronically prior to the program start date.�

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASES
All adults attending ZR events, adult mentors, parents of participating students and parents of support staff under the age of 18 are required to complete this form regardless of your geographic location.

IMPORTANT SURVEYS
All students and educators/coaches/mentors/advisors are required to complete pre and post surveys. Your input is critical to assessing and improving resources. Please have students complete pre surveys either before they start or by the end of day one. Post surveys should be completed on the last day of the program or on the day of ZR Finals. All survey links are provided below for easy access and completion.
