This is how I (Julie Bickle) would schematically explain how FOLIO could work, at a high level, to people in my institution who are new to FOLIO.
This is not meant to be exhaustive and detailed representation, but rather to provide visual support. Your institution may use the apps differently, or even use different apps!
I used a very big sheet, so that you have the space to adapt according to your needs, and add external systems if required or helpful.
