The After School Office holds the right to cancel the activity if there are too few students signed up. If an activity is oversubscribed, the After School Coordinator will, if possible offer a second class.Special Rule for Early Year Students: Can participate in two activities per week.
Try out:
There is a three week try out session for all activities, starting on the first day of the semester. Please note, that the tryout is NOT free of charge. All students who participate beyond the third week of activities will be charged for the full semester and no refund will be granted. Parents wishing to withdraw their child from an activity, must fill out the Change/Cancel Form by the end of the third week of the semester. In this case, parents will only be charged for the lessons during that three-week period.
Payment:There is a fee for each activity per student, per semester. We kindly ask you to check the amount when signing up. After the three weeks tryout, you will receive the ASP Invoice with the amount to pay. You may pay in person in the Uniform Shop on campus or you use money transfer. ISPP ASP accepts cash, local cheque and wire transfer.
If you pay by wire transfer, please leave a note: ASP, the activity and child’s name. In the case of late payment a 2% late fee will be applied.

If they cannot immediately reach a parent by telephone, this may include summoning medical help or transporting the child to the hospital before they are able to notify parents.
Bus Service:There is a late bus service after activities at 4:15pm and 4:45pm. This service is only available for those students who are already on the bus plan. ISPP’s Philosophy of Mother Tongue
The International School of Phnom Penh believes that it is vital that all students have the opportunity to maintain and develop their Mother Tongue (the main language that the student uses at home) wherever feasible.
Based on educational research, ISPP believes that students with a strong mother tongue, and those who continue to develop, are far more successful in learning and functioning in another target language. Therefore ISPP is continuously looking for innovative ways to facilitate the maintenance of your child’s Mother Tongue.

ASP MOTHER TONGUE PROGRAMME
The Mother Tongue Programme – Not a Foreign Language Course
ALL MUSIC LESSONS COST $280 FOR SEMESTER 1

The purpose of the ASP Mother Tongue Programme is to provide the opportunity for all students to develop appropriate skills in their mother tongue according to their age level. The teacher may determine if a particular student meets the requirements to join a Mother Tongue class. The Mother Tongue (First Language) Programme is an optional additional educational extension programme offered outside of the regular school day. After School Mother Tongue Programme is offered in the afternoons, as part of the ASP. This is a fee based programme.ASP Office is always open for new requests, however we can offer a course only, if we have enough students AND a suitable teacher. Please note, that the selection of the languages might change in every school year.
