  1. “Make the road by walking” (Horton & Freire, 1990): Planning strategically since Jan 2021
    1. Identify the many separate, loosely connected initiatives underway
    2. Group like initiatives in thematic buckets
    3. Create headings for those buckets – headings became four Strategic Directions
  2. Campus feedback and additions: What was missed?
