1.每位學員撰寫每堂30分鐘課程教學。

2.準備二個不同主題英文教學及教具。

3.如是勞作教學,請準備20份材料。

4.教學教案於6/1前完成,繳回營隊審查並修改。

NIHAO學員領導角色分工及職責

為了培養學員的領導力、團隊合作能力與跨文化溝通能力,營隊期間將安排學員擔任不同的領導角色。所有資料將統一上傳至營隊指定的 Google Drive

Newsletter Leader:� 負責每日營隊活動記錄與文字整理,收集各組學員當天活動心得、課程重點與精彩內容,每日完成簡短的日記/日報。

Photo Leader:� 負責每日活動照片拍攝與整理,記錄課堂、實驗、小組活動與生活花絮,每日挑選精選照片上傳至指定 Google Drive

Video Leader:� 負責營隊期間短影片與活動錄影,採訪學員、老師或講師的簡短心得,記錄實驗過程、團隊合作及營隊氣氛,每日上傳原始影片素材至指定 Google Drive

Media Leader:� 負責每日社群媒體內容整理與發布建議,根據當天活動撰寫 Instagram/Facebook Caption,協助製作每日 Story/Reel 內容建議,負責挑選每日最具代表性的照片與影片,提交至指定 Google Drive

Assistant Team Leader:� 負責傳達營隊通知與重要消息給學員,協助組織學員集合、小組活動與團隊安排,協助維持活動流程與團隊秩序,完成團長交辦之協調、溝通與協助任務。

Note: 學員可同時擔任多項角色。

營隊期間學員須知

1、機場報到集合時,請穿著你好T-shirt。

2、學生自備零錢在夜市、7/11購買零食用。自備台幣約5000-6000元(2百美金)可協助在台灣銀行兌換。

3、由於台北七月偶時會下雨(梅雨季),請學員記得攜帶雨衣或雨傘,及一件外套。

4、簡單短T恤,短褲、長褲各2-3套即可。二套運動布鞋。(上課不允許穿夾腳拖鞋。女學生注意:不穿短裙、短褲不可超過太短、以長褲為準、衣服不可以穿吊帶衣服等。)

5、 醫學營隊上課全程一律穿著醫學營隊的夏令營制服。校外教學一律穿您好T恤制服及個人名牌前往英文志工教學。校外參觀古蹟或博物館等旅遊活動期間才可允穿自己的衣服。

6、 記得自備自用牙刷、牙膏、浴巾、洗澡用品、吹烘髪機等用具。可自備環保餐具。

7、醫學營營隊上課規定學員專心上課。可以使用手機app實時翻譯功能。

8、上課不懂之處,可以請求TA助教協助。

9、學員請自備藥品。(例如:拉肚子、頭痛藥品..等)。

營隊期間學員須知

10、如果學員有任何生病需要治療,學校送學員至診所、醫院看病。營隊也會馬上通知家長,看病收據費用由家長/學生自理。如遇嚴重疾病是需要立即退學,會通知台灣/美國家長馬上處理帶離學校。

11、 購買經濟艙機票只允許一件行李23公斤左右。建議每位學員及T A帶一件大行李不要超過23公斤。(如有需要的話,可拿電腦及小行李放在手提上飛機。)

12、學員在營隊上課期間個人護照由學校代為保管,以防遺失。離開台北上飛機前,護照將歸還給學員本人。也允許台北的親戚家人代為保管護照。

13、學習結束將會有結業考試(英文版),成績合格者,頒發結業證書。

14、營隊上課期間,若家長/監護人/台灣親屬需臨時需帶學員外出,必須事先向營隊報備並簽名確認。帶離學員的家長/監護人/台灣親屬需出示身份證明,並留下聯絡電話、住址及預計返營時間,並告知學校,方可將學員帶離營隊。

15、學員在營隊期間,如有任何問題,請隨時與帶隊老師及助教TA聯繫。

16、學員應遵守就寢紀律,按時睡覺,迎接第二天的挑戰。

17、營隊每天提供給學員兩瓶礦泉水以解渴。

18、如是外州學員參加報名者,請於集合時間到LAX機場 一同出發,或者學員在不同國家地區出發可自行到台灣指定地點,與營隊會合。

19、關於護照:持美國/加拿大護照

a)注意夏令營學員美國護照有效日期。學員必須從今年6月開始算到7月10日之前,仍有半年以上的護照有效期限。如果護照快過期,必須去延長護照有效期限,才可以入境台灣。

b)持用美國/加拿大護照免簽證入境台灣,須於法定停留期間90天。故請審慎留意入境停留及申請時效,以免徒勞無功。

c )參加夏令營之男孩學員入境台灣,敬請持美國護照。1-2周在台灣上課,沒有兵役問題。

20.接機服務:如果學員在不同時間下飛機,需要學校專人服務接機,可以私訊我們,我們也可以去桃園機場為學員作接機的服務。

21安全措施:

a)美國帶隊團長及老師、助教將全程會在學校課堂現場確保學生安全。

b)師生於晚上寢室均在同一個地方就寢睡覺並帶隊老師每天會早晚點名,以確保每位學員的生活安全保障。

c)如學員有食物過敏體質,敬請填寫食物、環境過敏之項目。學校以方便掌握學員在台灣健康飲食把關。

21.搭飛機注意事項

Q:如學員在6/27凌晨搭乘不同班飛機,6/28早上5:00-7:00am之間抵達桃園機場,如何在台灣匯合問題:

A:1.如果是同一天6/28早上5:00am-6:00am搭乘不同班機(例:長榮航空、星宇航空..)學員可在桃園機場下飛機,我們在一F出境大廳7:00am集合,並以電話line聯繫團長,我們會在桃園機場一F的觀光局information 區集合學員。

A:2. 如果是6/28當天晚一點抵達桃園機場,我們全員會先回台北市太平洋商旅先放行李🧳,8:00am-9:00am前可以到旅館checking 地址處來集合或與團長line或電話聯絡在台北集合地點。

A:3. 如果是報名參加大學/高中醫學B組、國中D組學員需要幫忙接機服務。提前預告,隨團老師將前來桃園機場幫忙接機服務,敬請註明:學員抵達台灣桃園機場下飛機航班及時間。營隊老師將會在桃園機場一F出境大廳前去接機,下飛機必須打電話給來接機的老師聯絡您。

1.請訂購 6/27 凌晨12:05AM CI007班機,6/28早5am左右到達桃園機場。我們在一F出境大廳7:00am集合,並以電話line聯繫團長,我們會在桃園機場一F的觀光局information 區集合學員。

請於6/26 晚上8:30PM前,在 LAX機場華航經濟艙櫃檯前集合,和營隊團長報到,以便營隊成員統一出發前往台灣。(學員可自行決定機票艙等);如果從外州參加的學員可以自行選擇在LAX集合或台灣集合。(請私訊您的集合日期及地點)

2.台北桃園機場回程航班信息:訂購 7/9晚間11:50PM CI008 班機,營隊團長及輔導老師帶領學員返回洛杉磯。航班落地時間為:7月9日8:45PM。於7/9 晚上8:00PM前,請家長到機場一樓出境口接送子女,並與營隊團長、老師會面交接簽字,接學生回家。(機票自理,搭乘飛機可自行決定機票艙等)。

3.如果訂不到6/27規定華航航班,需要團員6/27早上6am 之前在桃園機場一樓出境大門觀光局圓型服務台與團長會合。(或到指定地點與團長學員會合)。

三· 華航班機6月28號清晨五點鐘。學生如果到桃園機場落地,搭乘不同班機。我們將在桃園國際機場一F出境大廳觀光局服務處7:00M集合,拿取行李一同搭乘捷運回到台北。

四.6/28—日遊集合地點/時間:已經在台北學員請自行到美亞商旅集合早上7:30-8:00am。從美亞商旅出發搭乘大眾運輸工具(捷運或計程車)前往→龍山寺→西門町→通化夜市/鐃河夜市返回旅館。

五.6/29校外英文教學志工活動:6/29當天早上8:00am台北美亞商旅出發

→清華大學教授及研究生陪同→10:00am新竹尖石小學進行英文志工服務教學→12:00am結束教學(由清華大學代表尖石小學頒發英文志工服務時數證書給學員)→半日遊→返回旅館

5. 請提供台灣的監護人姓名及親屬關係及電話號碼。

6. 需要本營隊協助保管護照學員,請註明。

7. 在出發前,學員可以申請手機在台灣傳換成國際漫遊功能或在台灣購買臨時門號。並提供給團長知道。

8. 台北醫學大學結業證書及美國您好中文學校和校外英文志工服務學校三個單位機構將頒發獎狀給學員,學員在營隊出發前,請向營隊老師提供學員正確的英文姓名資料。

9. 學員記得𢹂帶台北捷運卡,方便在台北自由行時,方便進出捷運口出入。如果沒有捷運卡,營隊會購買給學員。

10. 學員可攜帶台幣零用錢,如美元需兌換台幣,可向團長提出。

Student Leadership Roles & Responsibilities

To help students develop leadership skills, teamwork, and cross-cultural communication abilities, campers will be assigned different leadership roles during the camp. All materials should be uploaded daily to the designated Google Drive folder.

Newsletter Leader:�Responsible for documenting daily camp activities and organizing written content, collecting student reflections, key learning points, and daily highlights from each group, and completing a short daily journal/newsletter report.

Photo Leader:�Responsible for taking and organizing daily camp photos, documenting classes, labs, group activities, and daily camp moments, and uploading selected highlight photos to the designated Google Drive folder each day.

Video Leader:�Responsible for recording daily camp videos and activity highlights, conducting short interviews with students, teachers, or guest speakers, documenting experiments, teamwork, and camp atmosphere, and uploading raw video footage daily to the designated Google Drive folder.

Media Leader:�Responsible for organizing daily social media content and post suggestions, writing Instagram and Facebook captions based on daily activities, assisting with Story/Reel content ideas, selecting the most representative photos and videos of the day, and submitting materials to the designated Google Drive folder.

Assistant Leader:�Responsible for communicating camp announcements and important updates to students, assisting with student gatherings, group activities, and team coordination, helping maintain activity flow and team organization, and completing coordination, communication, and support tasks assigned by the Camp Leader.

Note: Campers may have multiple roles.

Camp Participant Guidelines

  1. Please wear the NIHAO T-shirt when checking in at the airport.
  2. Students should bring small cash for night markets and 7-11 purchases. It is recommended to bring NTD 5,000–6,000 (about USD $200), which can be exchanged at a Taiwan bank.
  3. Taipei may have occasional rain in July (rainy season). Please bring a raincoat or umbrella, and a light jacket.
  4. Bring simple clothing: 2–3 sets of T-shirts, shorts, and long pants. Two pairs of athletic shoes are recommended.
    • Flip-flops are not allowed during class
    • Female students: no short skirts, overly short shorts, or sleeveless tops
  5. Students must wear the medical camp uniform during classes. For off-campus English volunteer teaching, students must wear the NIHAO T-shirt uniform and name badge. Personal clothing is allowed only during sightseeing activities such as museum visits.
  6. Bring personal toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, bath supplies, hair dryer, etc. Reusable utensils are optional.
  7. Students must focus during classes. Translation apps on mobile phones can be used during the class
  8. If students do not understand course content, they may request assistance from TA assistants.
  9. Students should bring personal medications (e.g., stomach medicine, headache medicine, etc.).

Camp Participant Guidelines

10.If a student becomes ill, the school will take the student to a clinic or hospital. Parents will be notified immediately. Medical expenses are the responsibility of parents/students. If a serious illness occurs, the student may be withdrawn immediately and parents in Taiwan or the U.S. will be contacted.

11.Economy class tickets allow one checked bag approximately 23 kg. Each student and TA is recommended to bring one suitcase not exceeding 23 kg. Laptops and small bags may be carried on board.

12.During the program, student passports will be kept by the school for safekeeping. Passports will be returned before departure from Taipei. Passports may also be kept by relatives in Taipei.

13.A final exam (English version) will be administered at the end of the program. Students who pass will receive a completion certificate.

14.If parents/guardians/Taiwan relatives need to take a student off-campus temporarily, they must notify the camp in advance and sign confirmation. Identification must be presented, along with contact phone number, address, and expected return time.

15.Students should contact group leaders or TAs at any time if assistance is needed.

16.Students must follow bedtime rules and rest properly.

17.Two bottles of drinking water will be provided daily.

18.If participants are from out of state, they should either meet at LAX Airport at the designated assembly time to depart with the group, or travel independently to Taiwan and meet the camp at the designated location.
