We serve 1,260 students from Tierrasanta, Murphy Canyon and City Heights neighborhoods.

We offer a spectrum of academic and social-emotional supports.

We have 70 teachers and 60 staff that work to serve your students.

School Site Council (SSC): This group determines how money in Title 1 and LCFF are spent (money for things that support ALL students). In addition, they have other responsibilities as well.

Governance: This group discusses and gives advice to the Principal on instructional issues and policies on campus.

    • We are scheduling another movie night the week before Thanksgiving & Winter break.
  • Halloween door decorating contest winner is Ms. Wutke’s class!
    • They made the “Portal to the Upside Down” from Stranger Things. (White Arrow)�
  • Winter Formal dance and rally is in the works! Dance location and date to be announced soon!

  • Club Rush!
    • Last week we held our first club rush of the year and we had a great turnout! Our next club rush will be in December!

Winter Sports Season

  • Tryouts start November 4
  • Sports Physicals on Saturday Nov. 4 @ 9am-10am at the Canyon Hills front office for $35 cash only
  • Winter Sports are:
  • Soccer
  • Wrestling
  • Girls Water Polo
  • Basketball

Fall Sports and Winter Sports

  • There will be a overlay of both fall and winter sports.
  • Athletes currently on a fall sport will complete their season and then will tryout for a winter sport.
    • This could mean a different tryout date for athletes coming from a fall sport in the playoffs
