The Story of a Workshop

  • The Elementary School teachers were frustrated!
  • They had asked for systems thinking maps about Revolutions for years.
    • A common topic in 5th grade curricula.
    • But nobody helped them.
  • So the Teachers in the Workshop and I decided we’d think systemically about Revolutions.

  • Two big problems:
    • I didn’t know what the teachers knew.
    • They didn’t know if I knew anything that could help them.
    • They probably expected a lecture from the “perfesser”.
    • (And I can’t count.)
